Pothys Trivandrum — Ray-Ban Sunglasses Exchange

I bought a Ray-Ban Jeffrey from Pothys Stores, Trivandrum, Kerala who is an authorized seller of Luxottica Ray-Ban products on 02.10.22 and on reaching home I found it to be a bit large for my face. I had worn and tried it in the showroom but due to some reason I couldn’t figure it out then.

I called the Sunglasses section around noon on 03.10.22 and they had promised an exchange with a Wayfarer. But when I got there in the evening hoping to exchange the glasses the salesperson outright declined my pleas even after assuring him I wouldn’t have been there if the staff who had attended my call had told me otherwise.

So, I would really appreciate it if you could take this up with the store and allow me to exchange the Jeffrey for a Wayfarer.

I moved from being a Maui Jim customer to Ray-Ban because I found the customer service more prompt and efficient. Please help me find a resolution for this fix I’m in. Thank you sincerely!
