Prasad — Product not Delivered till date.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that we have booked a consignment on 08/12/2015 of 3 boxes from miyapur and got confirmed from the manager that the material will be delivered within 3 days, but i regret to say that the worst and irresponsible service i had ever come across. There is no clear information between yourselves and no one cares and response about the consignment. We had informed clearly at the time of deliver that the material to be delivered in said period as the material is to be distributed by transport minister in a function at podili, but not delivered. When called miyapur manager next day he told that detention of some goods were done by RTO and we will let you know that your goods are included in that or not. They said that we will receive the details of goods which are detentioned by mail and we will inform the same to you.when we made followup continuously evening they said that there is no problem with your goods and will be delivered. Again very next day when we said our person contacted your person at podili they said that the goods were withheld at vijayawada checkpost as LR is missing and when we called they said that the material cannot be delivered as LR is missing. The purpose of sending goods got wasted and could not reach before minister programme. Your negligence and irresponsible cost us Rs.30, 000/- expenditure for us. Yesterday we got a call from your manager that shall we deliver the goods now to podili after every thing is over. If you are continuing such type of service with customers, i think in near future you may end up with losses. Your negligence and irresposibility made us to face serious consequences from our management andwe got very much disgusted with your services. Please send back the consignment to miyapur branch from vijayawada.
