I am Sunil Sharma cont no [protected] ...It is to formally lodge a complaint against your hotel services had provided to us. I am writing here after my worst experience while staying at your hotel. This is about the poor service with high customer dis-satisfaction. I believe in your brand & that’s why I choose your facilities after reviewing your website which portrays a completely different picture compared to reality.
I was very excited as we were on short term family trip but unfortunately during my stay experience was very terrible. We were unable to stay due to the inappropriate facilities & low standard of services.
The photographs you have uploaded & shared to entice the customers on internet + social Media to avail your hotels experience, in reality when we arrived everything was very unexpected & completely different which was horrible & beyond the imagination. The whole thing was unmanaged, poor level of hygiene wherein we had to wait outside for more than 2 hours to get rearranged the all essential things by your staff members. The whole area was uncleansed & there was a lingering smell inside. It was my worst hotel experience ever. I feel strongly that the description of the advertisement on your website should be changed as it is totally inaccurate & misleading the customers.
I can only assume that how disaster it can get in the case of others. I would like a full refund of my money that I spend. I don’t want to suggest & recommend anyone to ruin their vacation staying here. I am owed a refund for the disastrous holiday vacations. I would like to hear your reaction to all this .
