i am purchase a new car swift vdi desal from prem motors pvt ltd branch dudu jaipur rajasthan on date 9/11/2015 chassis no. 92350 invoice no.vsl15002012
in this car having two manufacturing problem at the time of delivery
1. color of car is very ruff & feeling dusty touch of car suggestion of salse executive this is rubbing problem we are solve this problem on with service & making rubbing police that issue is solve at workshop
2. in new purchase car 2 gear is not sifted properly this gear is coming free after sifting the gear for this problem salse executive of prem motors suggest we are solve this problem with service send yours car our service center at prem motors pvt ltd vki aria road no. 8 jaipur rajasthan
i am sending this car at prem motors pvt ltd workshop on 31/12/2015 for service & both issue solution & contract with vijay sharma mo [protected] he suggest leave this car 3 days we are making all solution clear with this car & he suggest coming & take yours car after 3 days with complete soluetion of gear & color of this car
i am talking with mr vijay sharma for complete my car issue & deliverd the car to me he given ptb to ptb & to day is not any soluetion of my new purchese car i am told to him i am going for comp-lent at maruti for this late & no any response from him side he told if you are going any my comp lent at maruti i am pending for more time yours car & not complete my issue of my car
kindly suggest
why he is not response me & my new purchase car issue is still pending from date of purchase
why he not change the effective gear of fitted with new car & solution of color of car
if any solution revived from company side on not in my new purchase car
