Abhilash Kesavam, the proprietor is an extremely dishonest person who likes to harass clients by cheating them or holding back their money indefinitely. Do not have any transaction with this guy if you don't want to feel cheap!

Mehar or Prenu service is a fraud company. They show ISO certified but their service is far below the level. I have signed 1 year contract with this agency and paid 10, 000/- and they did not provide service for even 3 months nor they refund the money. The maids provided by them is worst ever you get in life. They don`t verify their maid. One of the babysitter sent by them was alcoholic(yes u heard it right). The maids don`t stay more than 1 month. Agency don`t follow any process like notice period, salary setup etc of the maid. Some maid sent by them will charge you much above the market price. They will take salary and without notice they leave the job and the agency do nothing. Their staffs Regina and Chandana, these 2 ladies don`t have any manners. They receive the call and then they disconnect the phone without letting you know. The owner Abhilash don`t even respond to your calls. Don`t fall in trap like me and many more. Check with other agency, thougfh they are not certified but far better than this agency. The 5 star rating is provided by the company itself. If you observe the rating either they are 5 start or 1 star. 1 star is given by real customer with comment in detail.

Please be careful before you give any money to prenu as an advance, I wanted a nanny service for which i paid money in advance, where they said they will send a trainned and verified(police verfication) nanny. They have sent 1 nanny initially but before the date of joinning the nanny said that she had got another better offer so she will not join. When we called prenu, they said that they will send another nannies but we never got, once we asked to refund the money they never refunded as well then they were not even picking up the call.

the most important thing is the nanny which they have sent is not trainned, neither prenu had a police verification report of the nanny.

So please be careful.

Don't ever search for baby sitter from this agency..they just get money from..the baby sitters don't come regularly.they don't take up the job i[censored] have someone staying at home..my inlaws stay with me..so these ladies dont take up the job..what is the problem if someone is at home???i dont get it...
