Printer Plug — Non Delivery

Printer Plug happens to be a company which prints documents like pdf or any such document which is required to be printed.I uploaded a pdf on this website to be printed.The pdf was titled A Modern Method for Guitar Volume 1.It had 127 pages.The size of the pdf was 5.41mb. The website clearly stated that the service is prepaid and no cash on delivery option is available.For this reason I ordered using my debit card.Printer Plug on their website assured that every order is delivered within 7 days latest.I ordered on the 1st October 2016 Saturday 4:52 am.I still haven't received my order.The owner Mr. Vivek did not reply to my email.The customer service in printer plug is basically non existent.My order number is 2182 and user name is imtiazkillervolt. I paid Rs.125 for the service. Mr Vivek's phone number is [protected] and email is [protected]@printerplug.com.
