Printer plug happens to be a company which prints documents like pdf or any such document which is required to be printed. I uploaded a pdf on this website to be printed. The website clearly stated that the service is prepaid and no cash on delivery option is available. For this reason i ordered using my debit card. Printer plug on their website assured that every order is delivered within 7 days latest. I ordered on the 15th december 2018. I still haven't received my order. The owner mr. Vivek did not reply to my email. The customer service in printer plug is basically non existent. My order number is 12111 and user name is archana thombre. I paid rs.338 for the service.
