order not received for almost a month

Order for 9 personalised water bottles was placed order#PL[protected] on 4th Jan. Delivery was to be done in 10 days. Email confirmation was provided that the order has been dispatched however the order was not received. After tracking the order the courier company mentioned the order was not received. worst experience and very bad customer support - product forced to cancel after 13 days

I have ordered four stamps on 22nd dec 2017 which was scheduled to deliver by 1st jan 2018. Since 30th december i am in touch with the customer case of printland.in since i required my shipment urgently. They told it will dispatch very soon. First i kept silent now i am speaking out.
First time they cheated me by telling you need to pay only 199 for a new mobile case if you are a first time user. I was a first time user and i signed up and same day i ordered a case and when it came to payment i entered the promo code they've sent me. It showed invalid. Again and again i tried, it showed invalid. I mailed them they said clear your cookies and try. I tried it, again it failed....

I have placed an order for magic mug on 10th september, 2017 and which is to be delivered on 20th of september, 2017 and i haven't received any update regarding the same.

Spoke to one of the agents of printland and was informed that it'll more days.
