I have ordered a phone cover from this site on 5 april and paid for it online via paytm but till now the site shows that my order is in processing and i have even send 2 emails to them regarding the shipping of order and to cancel it but the company doesn't even reply to it. Could you please help getting my refund and shutting such fraud websites down.

I have ordered 2phone cases a week ago on instagram from printvilla website worth rs354! .i tried to contact them but they are not even responding to my texts. When I posted a comment on them .he immediately deleted those comments. these ppl are not at all responding to my emails even. Plz help me in getting my refund back!

I have done the payment to printvilla on 3rd april but still no response from the site.. I think it's a fake site so please kindly do not buy any products from this site.
Responsible authority please look into the matter as soon as possible
