Printvilla — mobile cover for iphone 7

I have ordered my product 9 days back and i dont have any updates regarding my phone cover and my money is deducted from my account .. if you guys are this much slow then just refund my money or else deliver my product as soon as possible and atleast provide me with some information as you guys are leading customer with no information .. so just kindly do the refund or deliver the product on urgent basis
