I have ordered an iphone 6 mobile case from printvilla.in and made the transaction of rs.194 through paytm. I have received the message from the bank saying that the payment is made but it doesn’t show the same in the website of printvilla. I need a refund or the delivery of the product. I have seen this website as an advertisement on my instagram wall so i clicked on it. I have seen that many others have also lodged a complaint regarding the same problem with printvilla. I request to look into this matter as all the people cannot be tricked into this.
