Private Person — e billing required

Sir, Assalam O Allaikum Three month ago, I visit in your office located at Hassan Square Gulshan-e-Iqbal opposite Bait ul Mukaram Mosque and request for e bill to my hotmail account and also inform him e-mail address.I did not receive e bill till 25th January then I again visit in same office for BIOMETRIC verification and request again but I did not receive e bill till yet .
