Professional Courier — My courier is not delivered

I have given the correct address but the delivery boy is not coming to my address instead he is asking me to come to his place . I'm very disappointed by this service, I have paid for my courier but you are not providing any good service . I want my courier to my address, my exams are going on and my books are in that courier . The courier boy is irresponsible. What kind of service you are giving us by appointing bad delivery boy .
