Fraudulent insurance cover taken by the company ( they took insurance for entire declared used household value but as new electronic goods) despite having inspecting the goods. Hence for damaged goods due to serious mishandling no claim from insurance and no calls answered or support by their sales team. Horrible experience shifting from Gurgaon to Chennai. Now I've had to repair the goods at my cost. Also their Gurgaon address doesn't exist. Rahul and Ramesh are the main fraudsters here. Was this information helpful? |
