My Order ID - PPX-SX[protected]XX dt. 23.10.2023
In Perfumery site, I ordered for following items:
(a) BDK by Project Alternative 100ml EDP
(b) XANDRIA-3 by Project Alternative 100ml EDP
In their site, it was mentioned the ordered items are "in stock, ready to ship" and I ordered to gift the same to my brother for diwali-2023.
After my order, I was received a mail that my ordered items will be shipped through blue dart and they gave a tracking number and link.
They informed that the link would work after 24 to 48 hours, so waited for 2 days then I tracked the link, but they did not dispatch the items.
Later I sent a mail asked for status update and also through whatsapp, but no reply from them.
Then I sent 2/3 mails and several whatsapp, but no reply from them.
I am a regular customer since 2018, but this time, their customer service is pathetic.
In my last mail, I asked to refund the amount Rs. 2, 297.90 if not despatched.
After reaching diwali, it is no use for me.
