Full payment done but no product delivered

I PAID Rs 15500 towards ORDER#PPD-SX[protected]XX DATED 26DEC2023 but till date the seller has not delivered item nor responded to 24 email reminder

Product not received till now order 1 month back

Have order one perfume on 25th Dec 2023 and it's been 1 month now and haven't received the product. Have dropped many messages and many mails but no one responding back.

Order not fulfilled. No response back from customer care.

I have placed an order PPI-SX[protected]XX on December 30th and paid online. However, its not fulfilled yet. Its been 3 weeks and despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, I didnt receive any response back from them....

Selling fake perfumes and no refund for my order of inr 27, 000

These guys are a big time fraudsters,,,, they send fake perfumes and give fake commitments... I had placed my order for 3 perfumes from the house of initio viz oud for greatness, side effect & atomic rose and paid upfront 27, 000 rs using my credit card. I paid through PayU. Money debited and successfully transferred to Perfumery.co.in.

When i check with Mohit in email he is asking me to order COD.

No response dor the Money Debited in regards to my Refunds.

Burberry weekend perfumes ordered on Oct 13th, 2023

I ordered two burberry weekend perfumes on Oct 13, 2023 against order number -PPI-SX[protected]XX; They gave a dummy blue dart way bill number the very next day. However, when I called Blue dart, they told that they didnt receive any product to be shipped. Having waited for 45 days and sent 3 reminders with no response, I am now concerned if i will get this order delivered. Request immediate action to receive my product or atleast refund...

Refund not initiated

I purchased Dunhill perfume from them online
Due to non delivery and delay in delivery and non responsiveness I asked for refund.
They told they issue refund but they did not do neither replied on chat or mail and on phone very poor response from their Ahmedabad physical showroom

Amount not refunded

Order was placed around a month back vide Order ID PPI-SX[protected]XX.

There have been no update regarding the delivery . Upon constantly following up with them they replied after a month that the product is not in stock.

I request them to cancel it & refund the amount of 2200 rs. Since then they are neither refunding the amount nor replying to any emails and msgs.

Help me get my amount refunded...
