Dear provogue team, i am a customer of your products.Last time I purchased two backpack of yours from Flipkart in which one backpack teared under three months from everywhere and not upto the mark as per your company reputation. IThe warranty period of these are one year. I'm exhausted from Flipkart or seller to claim my warranty. Lastly I have belief in your company So, pl suggest me or help me to claim my warranty (replacement). I am very thankful of your company
