Warranty claim. They have taken away the watch purchased and have done nothing since then. The emails are not answered nor they pick up any calls.

Laptop bag torn from both sided also zip broken..I have purchased it from Flipkart on date of receiving 15 October 2023 which is having 1 year domestic warranty and there is no website or support available to claim the warranty as this product is having multiple issues and flipkart denied for the refund/replacement.I would appreciate if it can be considered though this platform to get the resolution.....

I had purchased Provogue Knight 40L from flipkart on 7th February 2023. The bag is working fine but there is removal of stitching automatically from either side of the bag. The attachments for load bearing are being automatically removed though I am not carrying heavy luggage. Please help me with this.

I have purchased new Provogue bag through Flipkart, The bag has 1 year warranty.

Within normal use, its stiches /threads and joints are torned and breaked.
I think this bag is faulty or any defects.

It has been in warranty since I purchased on 16Sept 2022 so I need replacement or refund for it.

But whenever I try to contact customer care their number is out of service.
