PRTC — about non maintenance of the bus and rude behaviour of the conductor

We were on a prtc bus from pondicherry to chennai on 18th march at 3.30pm.
After about 2 hrs of travel, the water started to drip from the ac vent. This is the vent in the top of seat number 9 and 10. We complained to the conductor in the bus and he did not respond to it properly and asked us to stand up from the seat and stand for sometime. The bus number is 155c.
Bus number is py01 cd 2064
Repeated complaints to the conductor ended in vain. Having collected so much money from passengers it is such a shame that even short distance buses could not be maintained properly. Try to understand how it is to sit in a seat and water keeps dripping on your head and dress through your travel.
Hope prtc looks into this complaint and takes action.
