I have a complaint regarding bus services provided from patiala- mohali route, especially at peak hours ie day time Or evening time. I took a bus from banur bus stand at 8am and waited for aprox 1 to 1.30hrs for bus. Even sometimes bus didn't stopped at banur bus stand. If somehow we took bus there was no seat for sitting, even no site for standing also. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful. Was this information helpful? |
