PRTC — immature driving

I was traveling from ambala cantt to punjabi university patiala and purchased the ticket for the same. After reaching in front of the university, bus driver just slow down the bus instead of being stopped. While deboarding the bus, i fell down on the road and had several injuries. This was pure negligence by the driver and even bus conductor was reluctant to accept their mistake. I am logging a complaint to take appropriate action against the both. I am attaching the copy of ticket also with details as under:
