PRTC — Refusal of stop

Sir I travel from Ajitwal to Ludhiana for my work. I often travel by your AC bus in morning (Ajitwal to Ludhiana) return in evening.. The bus no. PB100 Z8305 returning to Faridkot on 22/01/2015. At 14:57: I cought the bus from (Aarti Chuonk) Ludhiana. I wanted ticket for Ajitwal. but the conducter refused to drop me at ajitwal. I was forced to have ticket of Jagraon. I am having problem of walking. I want to know if Ajitwal is not in the list of stoppage of the bus. The conductors often refuse to stop due to pressure of Private buses.
