PRTC — Ticket is to High

Hi, I am traveling from Pondicherry to kovalam at 6.15am bus from Pondicherry[protected]. I informed conductor I am going to kovalam, but he put the ticket to thiruvanmayur and he changed 120rs from many passengers. So, please take necessary action on this conductor. He looks old person. Ticket no. PM61035. Bus no. PY 01 BV 5185
