Today ( 24/08/2024 ) we came to Puducherry from vengapakkam junction near kalpakkam ( 10.30 AM to 01.08 PM). The conductor charged passenger ticket 95rs and 24rs for luggage ticket for per head we are 4 members given 500rs the total ticket cost is 476rs and balance 24rs the conductor didn't give the balance instead of that he asked additionally 50rs per head for luggage, we said we can't give but the conductor didn't releave our luggages after giving the extra money only the conductor releaved our luggages without any bill for that extra amount.so prtc should take action against him and also we need compensation.the bus number PY.01 DB.8644 Was this information helpful? |
