Today ( 24/08/2024 ) we came to Puducherry from vengapakkam junction near kalpakkam ( 10.30 AM to 01.08 PM). The conductor charged passenger ticket 95rs and 24rs for luggage ticket for per head we are 4 members given 500rs the total ticket cost is 476rs and balance 24rs the conductor didn't give the balance instead of that he asked additionally 50rs per head for luggage, we said we can't give but the conductor didn't releave our luggages...

Today[protected] i boarded a prtc bus from pondy to Chennai my stop is Kovalam the ticket price is 100 I gave 500 rs for ticket CONDUCTOR refused to get that money with arrogance he said I don't have change. I saw that he's having lot of change in his hand but he refused to give that. How come all the passengers get correct change? When bus stoped at hotel I asked for the change there also he refused to give my remaining amount 400 rs. Inbetween...

On 17 sep 2019 i took prtc bus from pondicherry to chennai at 6:50 am the conductor in the bus was behaving too rude with the passengers and he is curious in collecting tickets but when i asked for change which he have to give to me he just shouted on me. I felt a worse experience in this bus. Conductor is not giving any respect to the passengers and he is using unnecessary words. He doesn't even responding properly and didn't give respect...
