PUC not required for Tempo and Auto rickshaw

Hi

I am leaving in Pune for last 3 years. I wonder why PUC is required for only 2 wheeler vehicle, where as all public transport including city bus, auto rickshaw, cabs, loading vehicle, and sharing auto rickshaw tempo are polluting.

All these vehicle are highly polluting. Still none of the vehicle is asked for PUC.

Its a saying that, traffic police get commission from these these organization....

Excess fare by auto rickshaw

On 26th December, 2010, I travelled from Swargate, from near Anand Hall to Mitra Mandal, at about 11:40 a.m. The meter can not exceed Count 1. At decimal it was not clear showing Zero, neither was it one definitely. The rikshaw claimed to be Count 1.10 and took Rs.12/- from me. i would like to narrate an incident.i have been living in pune all my life and traffic police have asked me many times for license and PUC . i was shocked when at lullanagar signal the police asked me to produce my original documents, after he realized that he cannot charge me as i had a valid license and PUC, he asked me for my original documents. on questioning him as to how am i suppose to carry my original documents...

I am a resident near Dange Chowk. Today in the morning we found that the kids of our colony has teared the last 4 digits of the registration number of our bike. While on the way to get it done, traffic police at Dange Chowk stopped us.

We told them number of times that the kids have done it and were even ready to bring the kids infront of them but of no use as he kept on saying that we are lying. He didnt even think for a while...

A group of Boys

I pass everyday after my class from subhanshah police station, raviwar peth, pune to kasture chowk. Some group of boys of about 10 to 15 boys sit everyday near tempo parking next to subhanshah police station. They everytime shout on me and make me afraid. I cannot complaint Pune Police since i am afraid to complaint. Please help in this case. please do not contact me... just help me....

Rude Behaviour and Destruction of Private Property

I parked my 1 week old Hero Honda Karizma at a parking slot off FC Road, Pune. I made sure that I park my bike in proper parking slot and it took me 10 mins to find one appropriate place.
