On July 18, 2023, I engaged Pune Transcript Services to obtain my college transcripts from Mahatma Gandhi University, agreeing to a lump sum payment of Rs. 16, 500, at the completion of the service. As per their request, I diligently provided all the necessary documents via their WhatsApp business number.
Over time, I received communications from Pune Transcript Services indicating that they were actively processing my transcript request and had dispatched the documents to the designated recipient. However, it has become apparent that Pune Transcript Services did not take any genuine steps to process my transcripts. In fact, they provided false information to me as their customer, misleading me about their actions. To date, they have failed to produce any tracking numbers or specific dates associated with the supposed processing of my request.
I possess concrete evidence in the form of a comprehensive WhatsApp conversation history that validates my claims. For customers, I do not recommend them for these services. Your time will be wasted.
