Pune Transcript Services provide transcripts from a university/college. I contacted them about the same on mid DEC 2021 and asked them to provide transcripts from BVP Pune. They asked for 6500rs and will provide 2 sets of transcripts. They were to post it to my place in faridabad by DEC 28. Since it is used for admission process in abroad so it was an important document. I had deadlines for application by 5th jan adn some by 10th jan. They sent me the soft copy on 2nd or 3rd jan and it too had my wrong details (my academic year was[protected] and they had written[protected]. So I told them it is wrong and i can not accept it, they argued a lot and told me university provides this and it is right. But I did not accept that and after a lot of discussion they agreed to change it. they came back to me on 12th/13th jan with the correction but by that time i already had missed my deadlines so it was of no use to me. they started to giving me threats and were not ready to accept their mistake. this went on for a while and after that they said 2500rs they will charge and I said I will give 1000rs since they worked on it and moreover it is of no use to me now because i have already missed my deadlines and my complete year is wasted. Also university takes 800rs and post it to our place and they are taking 6500rs. This continued till mid feb and on 14th feb they agreed to 1000rs, 500 advance and 500 after I receive the transcripts. So, I sent 500rs and since then they are not sending the transcripts and also now they are saying give remaining payment and courier charges. They all are fraudsters. The owner name is KUNAL MASKE.
