I have an account with Punjab national bank. I deposited a sum of 1250rs in its another branch where i am not having my account. And they levied me 20rs stating that it is due to deposit from another branch. But i want to ask that if it is a CBS branch thay why such charges are been levied....

Yet i have not got my Internet banking user id and password.
i was submitted the form for internet banking on "13-March-2009"
but still i have not got my internet account.
i was enquired this thing in branch, they told me that we already send u r request for processing,
and we don't know anything more.

I have my pension account 19931 at PNB Maharaj Ganj under PNB Siwan. I did not receive my arrears payment for Crrigendum Pension Payment Order No. 08/14/B/CORR/23227/2008.dated 22 Oct 2008. However, after A/c was opened (18 Mar 09) the bank staff told us to collect the pass book on next working day (i.e. 19 Mar 09). I have more than 20 years old s/b account no. [protected] in the name of Gulaba Devi with Punjab National Bank, Rori Bazar, Sirsa. It gets inoperative due to some reason. When I contacted bank officials on phone on 10 March 2009, to get it operative, they refused to get it done on phone. i am writing this on the behalf of my mother who has deposited a cheque in her account on 12th december, 08 in the PNB bank, Branch Sec 12A, Panchkula .But till now, its not creditied to account. If i ask them to return my cheque, they are unable to find out the cheque. Bank Manager ( Mr. Sharma) has no wherabouts my cheque.
