Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

Respected sir,
I have provident a/c 48097 with Punjab national bank pf & pension fund. as per pf statement dated 30/09/2006 balance is Rs 591607.06 on 5/12/2006, bank transferred Rs581334.74 to joint housing loan a/c Krishan Batra & Madhu Batra, both are PNB employee, bank misused my provident fund without my consent. Please look in the matter & take appropriate action.

1. I wanted to get Rs. 10, 000 from Punjab National Bank ATM on 09 june 2009, but it didn't paid me the money instead it debited the same amount from account. Finally I lodged the complaint in their call centre and they assured me that I will get the same within 12 days but today is 15th day and I have not been credited with the amount even after repeated reminder to them.

Recently I have purchased a property which have been seized by Allahabad bank.I wish to make my residence in that property, so applied for home-loan from Punjab National bank.I have shown all papers and punjab national bank say that they can approve my loan and fulfilling some formalities(like valuation, search from there own engineers/lawyers).After spending money and 10 days of time for valuation and search and after completing all formatlities...

I have registered a complaint regarding my neft transfer of Rs.855/- from SBI to PNB on[protected] but till not credited in PNB. PNB service centre people say that you ask from SBI and SBI service centre people says that you ask to PNB.
Now, credit amount came to my account. and problem resolved.
Please close the complaint.

I have made NEFT on15th June to be PNB Account No. [protected]. But still today it has not been credited in my PNB A/c. I have talked to PNB service centre and got the reply to talk to SBI. When I have talked to SBI and they are saying that RBI regulated this and they can not do anything, Please arrange to rectify the problem in this regard for which I shall be very much thankful to you.

This complaint is against the officer incharge of Punjab National Bank, Ghaziabad, Branch-Kaushambi. I had made two FDs in the name of my daughter Ms. Shubhangi U/g Sanjeev Kumar Garg with following Details:

I am the customer of Punjab National Bank, Indira Nagar, Dehradun branch.

On date June 8, 2009, Time 12:00:07, I have made the transaction through the ATM of Dena Bank, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and the transaction was failed due to network problem and Rs 2000/- has been debited from my account.

For all that I have submitted the Request letter on 10th, June' 2009, but still the amount is not credited to my A/c....

Sir,

In reference to above subject it is requested that Cash is requested (Rs. 15000) Not Withdrawn due to machine fault but debitted from the account.

Kindly take appropriate action and update the account back.
THE COMPLAIN IS ALREADY GIVEN IN THE FORM OF WRITTEN APPPLICALTION IN PRESCRIBED PERFORMA AT CIVIL LINES BRANCH WHICH HOLDS ACCONUT AS WELL AS ATM BOTH.

kyuki PNB ka ATM kharab tha to mana INDIAN BANK ka ATM sa passa nikala
par wo passa nikala nahi or ATM SLIP par passa nikala hua tha .
humna iski complant PNB BRANCH MANAGER sa ki unhona 20 din ka andar pass aa jana ko kha.

I used my PNB Debit card No.[protected] at ICICI Bank ATM Machine installed at Urban Estate-II, Jalandhar on dated 03.05.2009 at around 13.30 PM with request for withdrawl of Rs.10, 000/- (Rs.Ten Thousands Only), but my transaction was declined with message"NETWORK ERROR'.I again tried for lower amount of Rs.5000/-(Rs Five Thousand Only) and received the same vide TXN. THIS IS TO INFORME YOU ON 13TH MAY 2009 AT 7:23 PM I USE THE ATM OF HDFC BANK (FORTIS HOSPITAL VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI) BUT MONEY RS 7000/- HAS BEEN DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT AND CASE HAS NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE ATM OF HDFC BANK.

i would like to inform you that on 5 may 2009 i was using my pnb atm card at idbi bank but as the transaction is going to complete, signal has gone in the atm machine and i will not recieve the amount but the same is get deducted from my account
i complaint about this to branch and the manager told me that it will take some time
but iwill not recieve amount till date
i am giving the detail
plz do the need full...
