I cancelled my order from amazon and they said that they initiated my refund and they give me my refund reference number but my bank has not been credited the amount in my bank since 6 say.

    I am Sagar Gupta. I had ordered a book (Made Easy Electrical Engineering ESE 2021 Vol-2) (order id[protected]) of Rs. 444 at Amazon on 27/01/2021 & after sometime I cancelled my order due to personal reason. And on 01/02/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still don't get the money. I contacted Amazon Customer Care and they gave me the Refund Reference Number(74332741028102706005126). So please kindly respond to this complaint. It is very urgent.

      A refund was processed by Amazon India on 29th January 2021. But still now PNB has not deposited the amount in my account

        I Asha Kumari Kulshreshtha is sister of Late Sh. Sunil Kulshreshtha. He made me nominee in his several accounts / deposits.

        I just came to know that his wife Smt. Archana Kulshreshtha, Brother Anil Kulshreshtha, nephew Tarun Kulshreshtha, niece Ruchita Kulshreshtha trying to encash / transfer money by raising request to bank.

                I have tried to book a Ticket on IRCTC using OBC bank debit card (Now PNB). But ticket not get booked. But money got deducted.
                Which was refunded by IRCTC on 8th January and now it's been so many days but still I didn't received that amount in my bank.

                  ONGC tried to transfer me Rs 48, 000/- as scholarship. They missed the first zero in my account number. But all other details (eg. Name, IFSC, MICR) were fully correct. It's been over 15 days. Neither I received the money, nor ONGC received the money back.

                  Wtf is going on? That is not even a valid account number without the zero. Also there are Beneficiary Name, IFSC, MICR. Why hasn't the money been returned to ONGC yet ?

                      Myself Almas Yusuf Pnb Bank account no. [protected] holder since 2009 in Civil line, Bijnor 246701 Branch. Since March 2020 i have applied two times for the debit card but not recieved any single card. I last applied for the debit card on 27th of October 2020, but since then i have lodged complaint three times but bank employees everytime without resolving my issue closes the complaint without my concern and i havent recieved the debit card.

                      Complaint filed online CW[protected] not resloved and closed by the bank without informing me. Everytime Bank Employees make fake promises regarding the complaint.
                      Latest Complaint number isCw[protected].

                      Kindly take strict action.

                        When I am trying to online line transaction using net banking
                        And used payment mode neft then I am facing problem with
                        Below error and my account status showing debit frozen account

                                    I am a Punjab govt pensioner drawing pension from PNB. Inspite of submitting written calcution sheet regarding income and savings u/s 80c, they are still deducting excess/ disproportionate income tax from my pension, thus causing undue financial loss to me.
                                    Submitted representation number of times, but to no avail.
                                    Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Sr.Manager PNB branch code 0857 is keenly trying to solve my problem. He has taken up and forwarded my case to the higher authority. Even the dealing hand is also very helpful. Hoping to get the desired results within few days.

                                      I have ordered a product i.e. Samsung M31 Mobile phone prime edition, space black colour from Amzon on[protected] and made paynent of Rs. 11, 599 through my debit card.
