My name is Dilip Kumar Dhar PNB account no :[protected].I bought a MSI GAMING LAPTOP from Amazon by debit card no [protected]. Due to sone problem i had to return it to amazon. They initiated the refund on 15 dec 2020 ammount of rs67192 . Today is 2n dFebruary 2021, but stiil refund money not credited to my account. Amazon provided

      Hello,
      Amazon India has refunded me rs 1689/- in my bank account.
      My bank account was Oriental Bank of Commerce which is now PNB.
      Amazon has initiated my refund on 10th january. 2021 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in your bank account.
      I am just helpless

      I also email this issue on [protected]@pnb.co.in and I also fill charge dispute form in bank branch which is recommended by Amazon for this refund but bank do not give genuine reply for this amount (1689). Proof of the bank reply which is given to me is also attached with it.

        I purchased Ganesh chopper on 3 January 2021 worth Rs 179/- and done full payment by Visa debit card of OBC (bank) . But unfortunately I have to return back chopper and it was done on 07/01/2021. Amazon has processed refund saying that refund will be credited to my account by 12/1/2021. But it is not credited till today 31/1/2021.
        So Amazon customer care had given me a no. Refund reference#

          My boss sent me salary to my account on 27.01.21 rupees 2500. I got the message that it got credited. But when i checked my account summary it is showing that the available balance is 0.00 why? When I called in the customer care number to send me balance through sms so it's showing you available balnace is -99735.72. Why I dont understand this why this is happening. And why I cant take out the money also from ATM.

              I applied for Fastag in 19 of the January 2021 with Reference No. A44367. When i submitted my application and made a payment of 400. Due to some issue payment was not updated. The amount deducted from my account.

              I mailed bank head office 4-5 times till now to update my payment status and approve my application. But they do not even replied.

              PNB Bank have very worst customer care service. I am requesting them from last 10 days.

                Purchase was done in amazon for amount Rs.37490/- on[protected]. the order was cancelled on[protected] and amazon confirms the refund amount to me through and RRN no.
                PNB bank replies that they not recieved any refund from Amazon.
                PNB - Anandnagar Branch, Bangalore does not have any Charge Dispute form to raise any dispute regarding the refund amount.

                  My name is Devanshu and I had ordered a product of RS.(1148)(thermaltake UX100) in Amazon on (8 January 2021)on amazon& I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 15 January 2021Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number and told me to fill charge dispute form.                         I am retired defense personnel. My e-ppo has been sent to PNB in March 2020 & received by PNB as per e-ppo authorities. But PNB is not turning up his deaf ear to update my pension and arrear. In this regard I have emailed several times but no reply.

                            My name is Himanshu, I had ordered a product from Amazon on 31 December 2020. Which was a power bank. But I canceled him the very next day. And Amazon refunded on January 2, 2021, along with the bank reference number, but I did not get that amount in my account. I spoke to Amazon's Customer Care, saying that it is not our fault. We have refunded the money to you. And until the bank does not give us the bank reference number, the money is not sent.Whose reference number is[protected], which was given by Amazon.

                            I have not been helped by the bank. My bank customer care was not helped even when it was repeated repeatedly. My money is trapped due to the technical error of the bank, but the bank refuses to accept it. I did not get any efforts even after trying in all ways. The facilities and service of Punjab National Bank is very poor. I request Punjab National Bank, and it is also my humble request that my money, which has an amount of Rs. 499/-, should be sent to my account as soon as possible

                            This is the detail of my bank, in which the transaction took place on 31 December. And the refund amount from Amazon was given on January 2 but the show did not happen on the account..

                                    Myntra has processed me a refund of Rs 939 on 20th Jan but it is not getting reflected in my account. Myntra has also provided a 23 digit ARN number to me proving that the refund was successful but when I asked pnb branch to track the transaction they denied simply and are not ready to help me at all. They say they can't track. Is this how you treat your customers pnb? Provide me my refund

                                      I had ordered something from Amazon on 10-JAN-2021 which I successfully returned on 12-JAN-2021. Since I paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited to my bank account which did not happened till now. I contacted the amazon team which replied to me back with an RRN number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that, I visited the bank with the RRN number given by Amazon but they refused to help to say that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My RRN numbers are 74332741014101341017278, 74332741014101339422274 . Attached is the App screenshot from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                                        Atm cash not dispense but account debited

                                        Hi Sir,
                                        My name is Rishav Jain and I have an account in your bank which account no is [protected]
                                        I have withdrawn 15000 INR on 15/11/2020 at 12:13:50 pm from PNB trasport nagar Meerut (UP) 250002 ATM ( which was Oriental bank of commerce ATM before), And I have got a message of successful transaction


                                        But during transaction when money about to come out, ATM got shut down after that it was restarted...
