Punjab National Bank [PNB] — charge dispute form

My order refund as detailed below from amazon to my PNB account has not been credited yet despite various followups with bank and amazon customer care. Please help
My account is in PNB civil lines Delhi.

Sir, maine Amazon ki taraf se 4 July Ko ek phone book Kiya tha honour 8 c, to fhir kisi Bajah se cancel Kiya tha, to Maire bank se Rs 8999/- paise Kate the, to amazon walo ne usi din refund kar diya tha, but still paise Maire account me show nhi ho RAHE h, kripya jaldi se paise refund karne ki koshish kare, dhanyawad .

Sir, I ordered an ayurvedik syrup from Amazon and I received it damaged so, a lodged a complaint to amazon and asked for compensation they refunded me but due bank issue I am not getting the amount on my account. And pnb customer care man says that they does not get any referral code from Amazon . My referral code is[protected] . Plz see to the complaint and solve it as soon as possible.

this refund problem many times seen with amazon and pnb is there colabration between bothe of them to trouble customer finaly this money will go where as i have not recieved refund of rs 359 since[protected] refund made by amazon vide refrence no.[protected].why to raise dispute form on call why it can not be solved what is panelty for this to bank because its one type of harrashment or forget ur hard money.
