I purchased generic faux leather jacket at (1999) from amazon on 22/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 22/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 925897 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
Now don't know what to do.
Plz help me

My debit card was blocked long back and was promised that it will start working after 24 hours for online transactions but its been so long and it's still not working. I had to get my card changed due to this last time I don't wanna do it again please help

My refund of 11999/- was initiated in 16 jan 2019 from amazon.
Amazon has also given reference number, yet pnb branch and customer care is not helping.
I contacted the amazon they said money is sent to bank, but bank is denying any transaction of 11999/- paid to them.
Bank is also not co operating.

I purchased tshirt from amazon on 28/10/2018 and done full payment cash on dilivery but tshirt is not good then return the tshirt then amazon is saying 'your refund for the order[protected] of rs.307 has been processed successfully on 11/27/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/03/2018.'
The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].
That refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute form.
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Don't know what to do

In this branch only those services provide, which are directly related to personal income (घूंस) by the employee and दलाल middle men.
The performance is very bad. My cheque of the same branch cleared after a week.
My FD renew request is pending from 15 days.
Due to countryside no one made a complaint except me and the resolution of complaint is nil.
Very very bad performance by manager and employee.

I am senior citizen and a customer of PNB bank since more than 30 years.
I deposited a check to be cleared at PNB bank well before the due date and for which I received a message of non clearance. I talked to 4 different customer representatives (Prince, Aishwarya, Shreya) to know the reason for this, they showed such a negligent attitude towards me and didn't satisfy my concern. When I asked to talk to their supervisor they disconnected. I was on phone for more than an hour dealing all this. I am highly dissatisfied with such an unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior towards its customer.

PNB have deducted TDS @ Rs. 3188/- in every Quarter of FY[protected]AY[protected] from the FD Interest against PAN-AEBPP6954P.
What I have to inform you that according to 26AS of PAN - AEBPP6954P the TDS of Q1 of FY[protected]AY[protected] amounting to Rs. 3188/- (Already deducted by PNB, Krishna Nagar Branch of Lucknow City) has not been deposited by PNB in the Income Tax Department. Resulting that I have suffered paying excess Tax to clear my ITR. Kindly take severe action against PNB so that they must deposite the deducted amount in Income Tax Deptt. so the I claim the refund of the excess deposited Tax for the fault of PNB. Thanks.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to draw your attention towards a money refund issue which I'm facing now.Three different transactions of Rs.399+Rs.159+Rs.315 totalling Rs.873/- was made in Amazon on 7th February.
The Amazon claims that the refund has been generated from their end.But the amount isn't getting reflected in my bank account.
I even tried to contact with you through a toll free number [protected] but one of your employees said that they aren't responsible for looking into this matter. I was trying to provide him with the refund reference id but he took no notice.I am providing you with the screenshots of the Amazon customer service.Please look into this matter immediately.

Hi this is tanya saxena, I've ordered ptron neckband from Amazon they issued my refund on 8th September now 5 business working days are also completed but I didn't get my refund in my account yet.

Please help us to get my REFUND, it's been 3 months. PNB bank is saying they don't have the facility of CHARGEBACK form & Flipkart people are dumb they keep saying they refunded somewhere the money is stucked, I donno what to do now? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

A refund of 1595 rupees was successfully processed on 6/01/2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the pnb customer service & provide all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I cancelled my order on[protected] the refund not update in my bank account till now Amzon said that they process on same date they gave me Refund No 421681
but bank is not helping me Amazon also not supporting me . The refund amount (4925) the amount is not give by bank till now please give my refund money as soon as possible

I had to receive a refund from amazon but I haven't got it yet even after so many days. According to them, they’ve processed it and I should contact the bank. I mailed the bank but haven't received any satisfactory response yet. Amazon asked me to file a dispute.

I purchased virgin coconut oil and castor oil ₹683 from amazon on 03/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 4/03/2019 and 5/03/2019 and i got 139 rs in my card, i din't get refund of 544 rs, now amazon is saying that refund of 544 has been send to bank, so contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference #[protected].
But pnb customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also. Please provide my 544 refund.

When i send 8000 ₹ from pnb bank upi id then it is succesfull or its credited in recever state bank of india upi
but after some time when i check the passbook where i got money is reverse from recivers account with same utr no. or amount is cut from account . or its not credited in any bank acciunt
