I am a resident of purab apartments, sector 88, mohali. There is just one shop inside our complex and the shopkeeper charges 2 rs/litre extra. When confronted, he says that he is charging for transportation. Residents of the society are being cheated and a basic commodity like milk cant be overcharged because of whims and fancy of some shop keeper.
