On 17th feb 2010 two meters bearing above account numbers were removed from my residence and installed at nearby street pole without prior intimation.

The insulation of the wiring after the removal of the meters was not done properly and appears to be hazardous.

This is to inform you that due to excessive power cuts in ludhiana, higher education suffers alot. Students preparing for courses like-MBA, MCA, etc. have to appear for many online tests but these days, the power cuts are for 5-6 hours. Students are not even able to appear for a 2.5 hour online test during the day time.
Moreover, the timings of power cuts are not disclosed to the people in advance. It really feels...

We are reeling under scorching heat for last three nights and two days, since transformer of PSEB is out of order and no emergency measures were taken to replace it immediately. More over, due to overload wires get burnt daily and proper specification wires are not replaced.
