change of transformer and wires

Dear Sir,
We are reeling under scorching heat for last three nights and two days, since transformer of PSEB is out of order and no emergency measures were taken to replace it immediately. More over, due to overload wires get burnt daily and proper specification wires are not replaced. We about five users areasked to bring wire by the maintenance staff for replacement, when it is the duty of pseb to change their wires as per sanctioned...

Regarding Electricity Bill

I am subscriber of electricity being provided by Punjab State Electricity Board. I am resident of Ludhiana - Punjab. I am regularly paying the bi-monthly bill of the consumption of electricity. The PSEB has installed the electricity metres outside the residence as per their policy. Last year 2007 in the month of augutst-september our consumption of the electricity was 978 units.
