bill amount deducted from bank account but pspcl website showing pending.

the customer care never picks up the call

The customer care of pseb never picks up the call. Seems like they intentionally put the receiver down. I have been tryin to connect the call since last 2 hours. Kindly gear up your services. Pseb department seems to pay less attention in hearing the calls. The customers only need a passive answer to the cause of the electricity cut. For such a long time, continously it is not possible to not attend calls...

about uncounted cuts & no response on call

bill more than my expectation

having a power cut for more than 12 hours continuously.

Our locality is facing a huge electricity failure from the past twelve hours. Light is coming and going after every 10 to 15 minutes. Huge voltage disturbance is there, none of the electrical appliances are working. Even the ceiling fans are not working.

Dear sir, i am col kamal singh bhadwal presently posted at jammu. I have been alloted a flat m/401 at sect 114 mohali, punjab. i am complaining about continuous electric cut

Continuous electric cut taking place in our place. Atleast 2 cut in a day take place and tome of one of them is 10pm-4pm. People of our place is not able to sleep from last 2 day. no supply for whole night

Last night there was no power supply in half of our area. When we registered a complain against it, they said we do not have any employees to work after 10 p. M. They said, " government is not recruiting new employees.

no power supply for last 12 hours

Vill. Ramgarh bhudda, near zirakpur, this is the second time when power supply is gone due to wire break may be due to high consumption of load.
My first concern is "no electricity department person has checked load taken vs consumption in each house of this village which is leading to the cause"

complaint against low voltage

issue with electricity

We are not getting eletricity from last 2 days and we called at local office and they did not respond well just giving us excuses and no one come yet to check or repair it. power and electricity failure

Daily power cut in swastik vihar for about 10-12 hrs/day. We are in deep trouble. Small kids can't see them crying daily for adjusting with no electricity. What future i am giving to them. I guess this is the worst decision i ever made shifting to zirakpur. It's just a modern village. Not more than that. Shame on the governments and the local authorities who never understand how much comon man suffers....
