Voltage Fluctuations

Variance in voltage & instability

Reg new residential connection

I have applied for new residential connection in the name of gaurav varma s/o ashok verma at bhagat singh nagar, street no-2, derabassi-140507 distt-sas nagar (Mohali) and deposited the requisite fee vide receipt no 125 dtd 22.4.2016. Power issue since two days but pspcl employees and customer support not available

I have suffer Power cut and low voltage issue since last month in hoshiarpur.

I have also logged number on complaints but i don't get any permanent solution on same, i think in last 15 days more the 6 days electricity is not available. Complaint not attended properly

We registered a complaint at 7 am on 5th June. But we did not get the number of lineman number or any call from lineman even after 1.5 hrs. When we called customer care again at 8.30 am they registered a new complaint. But Lineman did not come after repeatedly asking to attend complaint. When lineman number was given, he was rude that he will come later on....

Power fluctuations

Also some persons was come to us to repair the same from PSPCL but they are not capable and waste their time and our also.

No electricity

There is no electricity at Shivalik City Sec-127 Kharar since 4th Jun 1 am. It is 14 hours passed and no sign of electricity.
I am not sure what promises Govt makes for 24 hours electricity supply in Punjab when areas don't get electricity for such long durations

In case some action can be taken against concerned persons for not resolving issue in time it would be great. Officials take people for granted and neglect...

Uploading of electricity bill

My consumer number is p41uf293161l. The bill was issued on 21/5/2016. But till submitting of this complaint the bill was not uploaded on website. The last date for depositing the bill is 3/6/2016 and with cheque the last date for depositing the bill is 6/6/2016. It is normal routine that bill are not uploaded in time and then there is penalty imposed on the consumer or the consumer is forced to pay it either through cheque or stand in queue....

Electricity poles on the road

Light cuts and no light since yesterday

Non replacement/repairing of electricity meter

I lodged a complaint regarding repair/replacement of our 3-phase electricity meter to PSPCL on 23-Feb-2016 . Out of 3 phases, one of our phase has not been working and the meter needs repair. Incorrect meter reading from last two months

We have commercial connection in the name of rupinder kaur vide account no [protected]. As per our last experience our average consumption is about 2000 units per month. But from last two months we are receiving bill of less units i. E. 988, 1132 units respectively. We ask the bill delivering person but we didn't get any answer. Electricity failure

Electricity failure in phase 10 mohali from 4 pm on 23.05.2016 till the filling of this complaint 12:30 am 24.05.2016 there is no electricty in the said area and i had registered complaint under the number 3743443 on the much hyped number 1912 which is an utter failure and they are telling lies that the concerned line man s number will be forwarded but no vail didnt got till now.

Pspcl is a big failure in providing services...

First i had complaint on 22.05.2016 15:43:21vide complaint number 3724633 and your representative visited my house and said there is problem of load fluctuation and not sorted by us.

Without any further action i have received the msg from 1912 at 20:39 that your complaint has been resolved but the problem remain as such then why your department shown the status resolved.

I have requested again then my complaint...
