Failure of electricity

Correction in surname a/c no. z74bs310328w

My sir name is entered wrong in a/c no. z74bs310328w, i have submitted documents in this regards to sh. bijender singh mob no. [protected] at zirakpur office for correction of name many times, but still not corrected.

My name as per document submiited is : nain singh rathi

In your a/c it is written as : nain singh bethi

It is requested to correct my sir name as rathi instead of bethi as per document...

Bill payment reciept not generated

After the payment i didnt got any conformation message whether my bill is paid or not but they deduct money from my account
On pspcl site i have checked for my reciept but it is showing no status
I dont know who has deducted money...

Deduction of more money than actual bill amount from bank account.

I paid my electricity bill to pspcl through my debit card. the bill amount was 6790 but when i paid bill through my debit card, the amount deducted was 6860. but company webpage shows deduction of only 6790 rupee. i also have pdf file of same page showing deduction of rupee 6790 rupee. why that extra 70 rupee are deducted along with actual bill amount. on hard copy of electricity bill as well on company's website it is not mentioned, that...

Bad voltage at desu majra colony kharar

Transformer problem

My home's electricity

Wrong bill amount
