Dear sir
Electricity bill was generated on 12.01.2018 and last date was 22.01.2018 amount 1040250/- for account number z21db0200191 in the name of amba poly plast limited, derabassi (Pb).
I paid 1040250/- through rtgs/neft on same day 22.01.2018 without any delay. Pspcl did not credited 1040250/- in my account and next bill was generated adding 1040250/- and surcharge of 40350/-.
I am requesting and sent 2 reminders at dera bassi division for surcharge adjustment & i m nothing done by sdo concerned.

Hello.sir/madam.i m from muktsar (152026).today light cut.but when I ask to your customer care no ie is [protected].the time is 23.40.ur man who is in the phone speaks not properly.i m not satisy with his answer.my mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com.pls register my complaint.he is not talking right.pls take some action.i will wait for ur reply...
