Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — no electricity from more than a week

We are constructing home in Aerocity and have a temporary connection there. There is no electricity in our house from more than a week. Even after making multiple complaints at 1912, the complaint is getting resolved but no once comes to check the problem. I didn't get what the hell is this. Who is going today for the harassment and the delay in the work. Even today the complaint was marked on priority but all in vain. Below are three of the complaint numbers:

I don't know what should I do now, should I go legally which is my last option.

Sir i surprised when see my bill of amount 5210 Bill no. Last bill was of 10 rs filled by me when i go to office then they not given any satisfactory reply & sir i can't pay this heavy amount im private empoly so i request u to reduce my bill. Electricity problem and local electricity complaint number is busy for last 35 min.. I think he use this number on persnolly not a official

I hav paid my elecyricity bill through intnt bnking than after some time i got a message that money has been transfered to pspcl but when i checked my bill receipt it was still showing on due...the refernce no. Of transaction of rs 6590 to pspcl is IGADZGYQA7
Pls hlp the last date of bill payment is only 20 july hlp

Sir there is no electricity yesterday 4pm
So I requested to check and repair to solve the problem please done as far as possible.
And it near by Durga mata mandir
Sir please get resolved quickly because of shortage of water
Without electricity not getting water.
