I have received electricity bill which shows old readings of meter for the time period which has been paid already and i have been charged more for the same. Even when the bill for previous months had been paid new bill has been sent with old readings hence leading to overbilling and double billing. amount deducted but electricity bill not paid

I had made a net banking transaction of rupees 3670/-. But transaction got failed. But amount got deducted from my icici bank accout. Later i checked with bank, they said transaction is successful, please check with merchant.

two electric bills being generated of one consumer

Respected sir/madam,
I am consumer of pspcl, resident of bella homes society # 159 c derabassi (Pb). As per area code my a/c no. Is z21um521691h namely dharampal singh is correct and i had paid electric bills up to date, but, another bill being generated vide a/c no. Z21uf471932x namely dharam pal which is wrong.

Request you to please kindly rectify this problem.

wiring on bali and low rise power on main road at sham nagar opp tribune colony baltana zirakpur

We are resident of sham nagar, baltana, zirakpur. Main power supply line that are going on main chandigarh baltana opp sham nagar is going on at very low rise at 7 feet. It is very dangerous. Vehicle are very much prone to be touched.
These high power lines has been installed on wooden pillar/bali of eucalyptus tree. I request you to please check and take neccesary action.

during metar shift out from my house

regarding problem of installation of metre.

With due respect i want to state that, i had applied earlier for the metre of 150kw for solar plant under the name of sunita rani as account no. B72gc7200020 which has been passed out on dated 13/08/18.
For this process inspection has already been done from so many days, but the installation process is still pending due to which i am paying rs.20, 000 daily and i have to bear a lot of expenses for no reason.
