i am regular customer. You may verify from your records.
I had ordered spectacle for my wife on last 8th december 21. It was stated that spectacle will be ready in 3 days and not later than 13th december 2021 (monday). Since no information received when i contacted today i.E. 15th december at 19.09 hours, your customer service person informed that the same was already ready. When i provoked if it so, why it was not infromed earlier and telling only when customer approached, the reply was it is normal practice to give missed call to the customer. When i further enquired if a customer does not know it is from purple assuming call from unknown / marketing call, how do you know. And wanted telephone no from which call was made since i had call register and i track from call regiser, they sought apology. When i further enqurid i got message that it was ready only on 15th december 2021. If so, why it was stated the same was already ready and information given through by giving missed call.
(1) i want to know prior taking delivery of the spectacle what is the code of procedure purple has to inform customer.
(2) when actually spectcale was ready?
(3) whether customer care is properly trained to interact with customer.
