Progressive lens: tested and purchased spectacles for my mother. She was not comfortable with the spectacles and we immediately informed shop on the spot, the shop people said she need to get used to it and it will be okay in a months time if not they will refund. Even after a month my mother was not feeling okay and so we called again. The shop people said its due to age and it might take some time for my mother and asked us to use it for more months and check. Now it been like 8 months but still same problem. Now, shop people wants us to bring my mom for eye checkup again and if any problem need to pay again.. Im not happy with the service. Need refund.
