[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Money not refunded

I ordered 4 items, out of which, 2 items were fine, 1 item had already expired and the other was about to get expired in 10 months. I returned those items almost a month back, still I have not received my money back. I called customer care many times, but it was of no use. They promised me many times that they will call me back and connect me with their supervisor. My order number is 1862146.
