I would like to state that. .i have boarded your air lines from Dubai to Nagpur. .but there is a connection from Dubai to Doha than Doha to Nagpur.. .from Doha they have not loaded our luggage..we have boarded your flight on 3april2016. .and flight no. From Doha to Nagpur is qr588. .and our luggage no. Is qr 738204, qr738205, qr738206. We are having 2 suitcase and 1 black color big bag.. We want our luggage as fast. .till today orr tomorrow.....

I was travelling from India Hyderabad to Poland Krakow on 26th feb 2016 with 3 connected flights. How ever my flight got cancelled from Berlin to Krakow for a day . You provided me hotels for night but i had to pay for cab. Which is supposed to be reimbursed which was promised by one of the staff's in Berlin. Please check below attachments for details. 1/ I bought Return Tickets Zurich - HCMC and HCMC -Zurich : from 2 Feb 2013 ( Zurich-Doha-HCMC) to 24 Feb 2013 ( HCMC-Doha-Zurich)
2/ on 24 Feb 2013 , I was in TanSonNhat Airport in HCMC and I checked in and recieve Tickets , Staff of Qatar Airways weighted my Luggages and no problem with my baggages . ( 23kg and 7kg)
