Qnet — About refund policy

I am vengatesan, my IR ID is IN354789.My friend said that he would give me a business opportunity. We met his senior and he did not explain about the business . They told me to arrange RS. 4, 00, 000 money. I have only Rs. 2, 70, 000 could be arranged. Well they said you can start a business with this money.Then he said this is qnet network marketing business.They bought Silver Vacation Club M'ship + Digital Members' Brochure & Resort Directory for me with that money. They said Only 21-year-olds could do business that time i am 19 years old.he did not say about refund policy.still now no response from him. please raise the complaints and refund my money.
