Qnet — My purchased product didn't receive yet need refund

Hi my name is Tamilmani. I'm a Independent representative of Qnet since 2018. My IR I'D is IN387875. As I invested and joined in Qnet they told that I have purchased a vacation package of Rs. 3.7Lakhs with benefits and will receive within 3 months. After joining here till now I didn't receive any kind of products details I have purchased and only a email has been sent to me regarding the purchase invoice something like that. Later till now I didn't get any of my purchased products or even they didn't give me I'd card also... As now I understood I'm totally dumped here... I need refund of my investment amount of 3.7Lakhs.
