I was influenced by connections to join the qnet (Vihan direct selling) business.
I don't wish to continue my membership with qnet. I had called customer care service number [protected]. On first day it worked and they provided me steps on how to withdraw membership. However, since the the call is not proceeding and i am getting message that service is under maintenance.
I have dropped email already to support center and had provide the documents they requested. However didnt hear back anything after that. Later i got a message that some product is shipped by qnet to me through bluedart and i emails support center immediately to stop the shipment, since i have already applied for withdrawal of membership. However, no action was taken and product was shipped to my home.
I want a resolution to this case on following points :
1. Complete withdrawal of my membership
2. Refund of the amount that i paid

I had a telephonic conversation with customer care center today and they did asked me to return the product and email regarding same was sent.
In the email, they expect me to courier the product back in good condition, until which the amount wont be refunded. The whole is now can be described in 3 points :
1. After applying for cancellation of membership, product was shipped to me. Why?
2. Well in advance, before delivery of the product, I had requested customer care to call back the product or dont deliver it. Still the product was delivered to my address. Why?
3. When product was delivered, that time no one was at home. So courier guy, handed over product to my neighbor and reported as product is received by 'SELF' (means me). Why?
Since, then I have kept the package as it is. So i do not have any idea about what is the condition of product in this package. Now you are expecting me to ship that back in good condition. How can i give any guarantee about that? Dont force the consumers like this, by holding their money.
Actually, you should arrange for pick up of the product from my registered address and also make sure that my all amount is refunded back to me.
