[Resolved]  Qnet — withdrawal of membership and refund of the amount

I was influenced by connections to join the qnet (Vihan direct selling) business.
I don't wish to continue my membership with qnet. I had called customer care service number [protected]. On first day it worked and they provided me steps on how to withdraw membership. However, since the the call is not proceeding and i am getting message that service is under maintenance.
I have dropped email already to support center and had provide the documents they requested. However didnt hear back anything after that. Later i got a message that some product is shipped by qnet to me through bluedart and i emails support center immediately to stop the shipment, since i have already applied for withdrawal of membership. However, no action was taken and product was shipped to my home.
I want a resolution to this case on following points :
1. Complete withdrawal of my membership
2. Refund of the amount that i paid
3. Collect the product back which was shipped through bluedart

Take following steps to get refund : 1. Request of cancellation of membership should be made within 60 days from the joining date 2. To make the request of membership cancellation, call the Customer center and also write to support.centre@qnetindia.in 3. Include your distributor ID in the complaint 4. You will have to return the products if received any, to get the full refund 5. You will have to submit signed PAN copy after receiving request from QNET Support team 6. After receiving the returned product, QNET will start refund process 7. You will have to submit cancelled cheque or bank statement, to share validated records for net transfer (QNET will need it for account number and IFSC code) 8. Support team will then forward the request to finance team and within one month the amount will be transferred to your account Note : 1. If required you can write to Grievance team at grievancecell@qnetindia.in in case your request is not getting handled properly. 2. QNET / Vihaan Direct selling is not part of India Direct Selling Association (IDSA). So writing to IDSA will not be helpful. However, they are very supportive and can provide consultation in case required.

Because of delay in response from Grievance center and support center, I ended up initiating the package that was delivered to me. The courier details along with photo copies of packed box, are shared in email already.

Expecting a quick action on this case.

Hi,
I want to provide an update to this. On 19-Nov-19, the products received from QNET are shipped back to given address and those have already been received at the address that was communicated. However, i have not heard anything further with this regards.
Grievance team has replied with standard email that concerned department will communicate further.

One more pathetic incidence to share.
I am in communication with Grievance and Support team on regular basis. On 27-Nov-19, I send a follow-up email about refund request, asking for status of it. Grievance team, as usual replied saying request has been forwarded to concerned department.
On 29-Nov-19, I received email from support team, asking to courier back the product to given address. With this email they just showcased that it is one of the worst customer service one may experience.
On 19-Nov-19, the product has been already received by QNET team at address provided and DTDC (courier company) has confirmed the delivery. In spite of which, support team is again asking for the returning of the product.
May i request you to please perform some internal investigations on this and then provide correct response? Looking forward to get this complaint resolved soon.

Hi,
My IR code is : IN759518 and you can contact me at my registered email address.
I had a telephonic conversation with customer care center today and they did asked me to return the product and email regarding same was sent.
In the email, they expect me to courier the product back in good condition, until which the amount wont be refunded. The whole is now can be described in 3 points :
1. After applying for cancellation of membership, product was shipped to me. Why?
2. Well in advance, before delivery of the product, I had requested customer care to call back the product or dont deliver it. Still the product was delivered to my address. Why?
3. When product was delivered, that time no one was at home. So courier guy, handed over product to my neighbor and reported as product is received by 'SELF' (means me). Why?

Since, then I have kept the package as it is. So i do not have any idea about what is the condition of product in this package. Now you are expecting me to ship that back in good condition. How can i give any guarantee about that? Dont force the consumers like this, by holding their money.
Actually, you should arrange for pick up of the product from my registered address and also make sure that my all amount is refunded back to me.
